PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
NCO Air Systems, Inc. Preventative Maintenance Program is designed to detect, isolate and correct potential problems in your Air conditioning and Heating system before major problems evolve, causing breakdown and possible replacement of your equipment.
Seventy-five percent of all repairs can be avoided with regular maintenance - eighty percent of all compressor failures could be eliminated if the problems leading to the failure were corrected in a timely manner. Neglected systems can increase electrical consumption by as much as 50%!
Based on nearly two decades of experience in all phases of Air Conditioning and Heating service, NCO Air Systems, Inc. can design a tailored inspection and maintenance program taking into consideration your specific equipment and service requirements. After each inspection our Service Technician will sit down with you and point out any potential problems you may have and give you choices as to how to go about any repairs. We will also take the time to answer any questions you may have at that time concerning your equipment.
